In the Tay Lam Dong area, Bac Gia Nghia Ward People's Committee is assigned to preside over the Mid-Autumn Festival Night at Gia Nghia Central Square, expected at the same time.

For communes, wards, special zones, and localities, proactively organize appropriate programs, creating conditions for children to celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival in a joyful, healthy and safe atmosphere.

According to the plan, the organizational expenses are made from the budget allocated to localities and socialized sources from organizations, businesses, and individuals.

According to the plan, the delegation is expected to have 50 lion dances, 2 dragons about 13m long each and 22 lantern models with sizes from 3-12m.

On September 24, the delegation is expected to depart from the Trai Mat roundabout area, move through National Highway 20, Hung Vuong street, Tran Quy Cap, Quang Trung and to the area of Lam Vien Ward People's Committee - Da Lat.

The sponsor unit plans to allocate 2.7 billion VND to implement the program in the form of socialization, while ensuring human resources, vehicles, equipment and technical conditions to serve operations.

Due to the large scale of the lantern procession, the route, time and organization plan will be coordinated with local authorities to consider, agree, and adjust appropriately to ensure security and order, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting, and environmental sanitation.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is assigned to take the lead in developing content, scripts, preparing children's art performances, lion and dragon dance teams, opening drums and conditions to serve the festival.
