The conference was held within the framework of the 17th National Radio Festival, in Quang Ninh.
The conference attracted a large number of international experts, journalists, podcast producers and representatives of many professional organizations, domestic and regional radio and television agencies to attend.

Speaking at the conference, General Director of Voice of Vietnam Do Tien Sy emphasized that in the context of the digital age creating profound changes, the field of journalism - media in general and radio in particular is facing many opportunities and challenges.
The strong development of digital platforms, big data and artificial intelligence has fundamentally changed the methods of producing, distributing and receiving content.
The public today can access information anytime, anywhere, on many smart devices with a highly personalized experience.

For Voice of Vietnam Radio, podcast is no longer a trendy concept, but has become an action, a determination, a modernization process, opening up endless creative spaces for those working at the Radio.
Podcasts are a symbol of digital transformation in radio; an effective means of communication serving the leadership and direction of the Party and State; contributing to arousing the aspiration for power, prosperity, and happiness in the new era.
The international conference is of practical significance, a forum for managers, experts, domestic and international press agencies to exchange, share experiences, discuss development trends, as well as propose solutions to develop podcasts in a methodical, effective and sustainable way.

At this year's National Radio Festival, podcasts were put into the official competition category for the first time. Out of a total of 343 entries, 97 entries belonged to the podcast category, showing the strong development trend of audio content on digital platforms.

At the conference, through presentations and discussion sessions with topics "Podcast - Outstanding Trend of audio content" and "Successful experiences from international and Vietnam", speakers updated the latest podcast development trends in the world; shared successful models and lessons learned in organizing content production and distribution to create breakthroughs on digital platforms.
