According to the leader of the Department of Health of Khanh Hoa province, in the case of Ms. Tran Thi Thu Ha, who is a Party member, Nha Trang City Party Committee previously determined that she had committed some violations during her work, so she decided to warn her and then That raises the disciplinary level of expulsion from the Party.
After Ms. Tran Thi Thu Ha was disciplined by the Party, the Department of Health of Khanh Hoa province implemented government procedures, including making a disciplinary decision to remove her from office.
During this time, Ms. Tran Thi Thu Ha made a complaint to the Standing Committee of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee. Based on the resolution results of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Nha Trang City Party Committee decided to restore Party membership rights to Ms. Tran Thi Thu Ha.
According to the leader of the Department of Health, Nha Trang City Party Committee has restored Party membership rights but still issued a disciplinary warning to Ms. Tran Thi Thu Ha for violations during her work.
Currently, the Department of Health has assigned Nha Trang City Medical Center to restore regimes and policies during the time Ms. Tran Thi Thu Ha works from the beginning of April 2023.
In 2021, Khanh Hoa Department of Health conducted a disciplinary review of Ms. Tran Thi Thu Ha - Head of Regional Clinic No. 5 - for violations related to the management of this clinic.
Also in this year, Nha Trang City Medical Center issued Official Dispatch No. 18 on resolving complaints from the staff of Regional Clinic No. 5 to the Head of Regional Clinic No. 5.
But because the conclusions of some contents are incomplete, Nha Trang City Medical Center would like to cancel the above dispatch to continue verifying and completing the conclusions to report back to the Department of Health.
Over the past many years, Ms. Tran Thi Thu Ha has repeatedly complained to agencies in Khanh Hoa, including the Standing Committee of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, regarding the above disciplinary decision.
