Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tan Tuan requested agencies, units and localities to continue to strictly implement regulations and directives on compliance with discipline and administrative discipline.
In particular, propagating and educating, improving public ethics and professional ethics of cadres, civil servants and public employees, associated with the good implementation of office culture regulations and codes of conduct at State administrative agencies.
Agencies and units must strictly handle personal responsibility and related responsibility towards leaders when there are cadres, civil servants, and public employees who commit harassment and cause inconvenience in handling administrative procedures directly related to people, organizations, and businesses.
Strictly and fully perform tasks and powers in handling work and handling administrative procedures for people and businesses; focus on the attitude and communication of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers when in contact, instructing citizens and the process of receiving, handling, and returning administrative procedure records.
