On the evening of September 3, the female participants in the A80, including the female tourists from the South and the female tourists from Saigon villas, returned to Ho Chi Minh City after more than 3 months of performing their duties in Hanoi.
Many relatives, friends and colleagues were present at Terminal T3, Tan Son Nhat airport to welcome the soldiers. Leaders of Military Region 7 and Ho Chi Minh City were also present here to welcome and congratulate the soldiers who had just returned.



Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Huong (Phu Loi ward, Ho Chi Minh City) and her mother and family went to pick up her younger sister, a soldier of the Southern female tourist group. "My sister has the honor of participating in both A50 and A80. After many months away from home, now that we have met our younger sister again, the whole family is extremely proud and honored to be a family member" - Ms. Huong shared.

Mr. Ngo Cong Chi Thien (Vinh Loc commune, Ho Chi Minh City) arrived early at the airport with a group of friends to pick up the two female soldiers Tran Tram - Truc Linh returning from the capital. Thien said that he felt extremely honored that his friends were present on the important day of the whole nation, successfully completing the country's tasks.




Soldier Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy ( Participating in the Women's Soldier phase) was radiant when setting foot in Ho Chi Minh City. Ms. Thuy said that it has been 8 months since performing the A50 to A80 mission, and she has not seen her mother again.
"My biggest wish right now is to go home soon to see my family again. As a child from the South going to the North, being able to parade through Ba Dinh Square, passing through Uncle Ho's Mausoleum, being able to walk around the arms of the people of Hanoi is an honor, pride and also the most beautiful memories of my life" - Ms. Thuy emotionally shared.



In the first flight on the afternoon of September 3, the Motorcycle - Transport Department chartered a flight of Vietnam Airlines to transport the force including 335 female soldiers of Military Region 7 and 32 comrades of other forces.
In addition, the Department of Motorbikes - Transport ensures the purchase of individual tickets for 199 female soldiers (including female soldiers in the South to increase to units in the Northern region, including Military Region 1: 38 people; Military Region 4: 80 people; Military Region 5: 49 people; Information and Communications Corps: 32 people) and accompanying luggage, departing from Noi Bai airport to airports from Quang Tri area and above.
It is expected that the remaining forces will continue to move by train to provinces and cities across the country and return to Saigon Station (HCMC) in the coming days.
