On March 11, a working delegation led by Major General Nguyen Van Nganh, Commander of the Provincial Military Command, Member of the Provincial Election Committee, Deputy Head of the Sub-committee on Security, Order and Health, conducted an inspection of the preparation for the election of National Assembly deputies of the XVI term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026–2031 term in Khanh Binh, Nhon Hoi, Phu Huu and Vinh Xuong communes.
Participating in the working delegation were leaders and commanders of provincial Military Command agencies and representatives of a number of relevant departments and agencies. The delegation directly inspected at 2-3 polling stations in each locality; listened to the Election Committees of communes report on the deployment of preparation work, especially the review of voter lists, preparation of facilities, security and order assurance plans, fire and explosion prevention, medical care and handling of arising situations.
Through inspection, Major General Nguyen Van Nganh acknowledged the proactiveness of Party committees, authorities, armed forces and local departments and branches in thoroughly grasping and implementing directing documents; the preparation work basically ensures progress, regulations, and closeness to the actual situation of the area, especially in border communes. The Commander of the Provincial Military Command emphasized that localities must absolutely not be subjective; continue to closely review voter lists, not to let omissions occur; prepare sufficient facilities, decorate ceremonies, and list candidates in accordance with regulations, creating favorable conditions for voters to monitor and exercise their rights and obligations.

Regarding the task of ensuring security and order, Major General Nguyen Van Nganh requested the Police, Military, and Border Guard forces to strengthen coordination to firmly grasp the situation in the area, especially the border area; proactively detect and promptly handle acts of taking advantage of social networks to spread false and distorted information, affecting the election; develop and practice proficient protection plans, not to be passive or surprised. In addition, election teams need to clearly assign tasks to people and work; guide voters to correctly implement voting procedures and principles; pay attention to supporting elderly voters, people with disabilities, voters in special circumstances, ensuring that the election takes place democratically, in accordance with the law, safely, economically and achieves a high voter participation rate.
Concluding the inspection, Major General Nguyen Van Nganh expressed his belief that with the spirit of responsibility, solidarity and high determination of the entire political system, localities will successfully organize elections, contributing to maintaining political stability and social order and safety in the province.
