Speaking at the conference, voter Tran Quang Minh (Tien Thang commune) highly appreciated the Resolution of the City People's Council supporting lunch for elementary school students, voters said that this is a very humane policy, aimed at ensuring that students eat enough nutrients and energy during their studies at school, improving physical fitness, stature and school health for elementary school students in Hanoi.
From there, voters proposed that the People's Council and the City People's Committee continue to support lunch meals for students in the coming school year.
Voter Nguyen Ke Thong (Me Linh commune) proposed that the Hanoi City People's Council pay attention to requesting competent agencies to study and promulgate appropriate support mechanisms and policies for non-specialized workers in villages and residential groups who have to quit their jobs due to organizational arrangement because they do not meet the conditions for qualifications and degrees.

Regarding the implementation of the Capital Law in 2026, the Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Council said that the City People's Council has organized 2 sessions to pass 61 resolutions to implement the Law with many outstanding mechanisms, creating momentum for socio-economic development of the Capital.
Regarding the proposal to support lunch meals for students raised by voters, the Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Council said that this is an effective and humane policy, showing the concern of the Party, State, and Hanoi City for students - the future generation of the country.
Mr. Tran The Cuong said that at the upcoming session, the City People's Council will consider increasing the support level for meals for elementary school students.
Regarding voters' recommendations related to the authority of the City People's Committee, the Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Council said that it will transfer to competent agencies to direct the review, adjustment and answer voters according to regulations.
