On the afternoon of June 25, Hanoi City People's Committee held a press conference to inform about the Conference to Announce the Master Plan of Hanoi Capital with a 100-year vision and Investment Promotion in 2026.
Mr. Le Trung Hieu - Deputy Director of the Department of Finance said that the conference will be held on June 29 at the National Convention Center, Pham Hung Street, Tu Liem Ward.
The conference has about 1,000 to 1,200 delegates participating. Of which, about 580 to 780 delegates are domestic and foreign investors and businesses.
The conference includes key contents: Announcing the Master Plan of Hanoi Capital with a 100-year vision; report analyzing the investment environment, achievements, socio-economic development situation of the city in 2025 and 6 months of 2026, development orientation for the next phase; introducing specific, outstanding, potential, and advantageous institutions and policies of the Capital; orientations and plans to attract investment and socio-economic development in the new era.
Along with that, the city will launch a 360-degree data management and digitization system for investment attraction projects and investment products in the area; presentations by leaders of ministries, sectors, international organizations, economic experts and businesses on investment attraction solutions, investment cooperation projects in some key areas such as finance, urban infrastructure, education, innovative startups...
At the same time, awarding investment policy decisions and investment registration certificates to projects in the city and awarding memorandums of understanding (MOU) with domestic and foreign economic groups and organizations.
The conference also arranged to display experiential spaces to visit digital technology applications of investment-attracting projects of the city, combined with introducing some socio-economic achievements; displaying and introducing the Hanoi Capital Master Plan with a 100-year vision.
Within the framework of the Conference, arranging the Area to introduce the Hanoi Capital Master Plan with a 100-year vision, displaying a sa bàn system combined with 3D Mapping projection technology, introductory videos and planning maps will visualize major development orientations, thereby vividly depicting the new spatial structure of the Capital" - Mr. Hieu informed.
The announcement of the Hanoi Capital Master Plan with a 100-year vision also took place in parallel at the Hanoi Museum on the same day, June 29, to promptly disseminate information to people and businesses.
The space allocation plan for the floors is designed as follows: Floor 1 arranges a round sand table with a comprehensive plan fully updated with the contents indicating the new boundaries of the 100-year project.
The 4th floor is designed as an exhibition space, displaying a sable applying 3D mapping projection technology, vividly and visually displaying the direction of the Master Plan of the Capital with a 100-year vision, maps orienting urban space development, technical infrastructure system of the whole city, land use maps of urban areas and functional areas.
In addition, the museum also displays drawings and models of some typical projects of the city; organizes a 3D documentary film screening area for planning and experiencing the city's experimental planning information lookup system.
