According to the authorities, a driver on the road who has drugs in his body that causes accidents to others can be prosecuted for criminal liability for violating regulations on road traffic participation according to Article 10. 260 Penal Code.
Obviously, the fact that nearly 3,000 drivers tested positive for drugs is a problem that requires a large-scale inspection to promptly prevent unfortunate incidents where drivers have drugs in their possession, such as recent accident in Hoai Duc.
