On October 9, according to the Central Inspection Committee's electronic information portal, thoroughly implementing the direction of the Provincial Party Committee, the Central Public Security Party Committee and the superior Inspection Committee, the Ha Nam Provincial Public Security Party Committee directed the comprehensive and effective implementation of all aspects of inspection, supervision and party discipline work.
In particular, special attention is paid to improving the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of inspection work when there are signs of violations by party organizations and party members in order to continuously tighten discipline and order within the Party, thereby helping party organizations and party members improve their leadership capacity and fighting strength, contributing to the successful implementation of resolutions of party congresses at all levels.
In the outstanding activities in 2024, through the work of grasping the situation and regularly supervising the Duy Tien Town Police Party Committee, the Ha Nam Provincial Police Party Committee has recently promptly discovered signs of violations in the leadership, direction, and organization of the implementation of Party regulations, State laws, and regulations of the industry in the work of preventing, detecting, fighting, and combating crimes; and the work of managing and educating to prevent violations by Party members and officers and soldiers.
On that basis, the Ha Nam Provincial Police Party Committee presided over and coordinated with Duy Tien Town Party Committee to organize inspections when there were signs of violations against the Party Committee and 3 Party members of Duy Tien Town Police Party Committee.
Through inspection, it was concluded that: Duy Tien Town Police Party Committee had shortcomings and violations but not to the extent of disciplinary action, must review and learn from experience; 3 inspected party members had shortcomings and violations and must be disciplined.
At the same time, clarify the responsibilities, shortcomings and violations of 2 Party cells under the Town Police Party Committee and 19 related Party members.
After the inspection, the Provincial Police Party Committee discussed and requested the competent Party organization to direct the review and implementation of Party discipline against 9 Party members; review and draw lessons for 3 Party organizations and 13 Party members.
In addition, the Provincial Police Party Committee also directed the lower-level Party Committees, Party organizations, and Inspection Committees to conduct two inspections when there were signs of violations against five Party members of the Traffic Police Department Party Committee in performing their assigned duties and responsibilities; complying with posture, etiquette, style, and working procedures related to the field of ensuring traffic order and safety.
Through inspection, it was concluded that 4 comrades had shortcomings and violations and were disciplined in the following forms: Warning 1; reprimand 3; review and experience drawing for 1 comrade.
According to Lieutenant Colonel Le Thi Cuc - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Ha Nam Provincial Police, in general, the inspection work when there are signs of violations against party organizations and party members at the Ha Nam Provincial Police Party Committee is carried out in accordance with the process, procedures, principles, methods, and authority according to the Party's regulations.
After the inspection, party organizations and party members with shortcomings and violations are clearly aware of their responsibilities, voluntarily and strictly comply with the conclusions and recommendations of the inspection team and the disciplinary decisions of competent party organizations, proactively develop plans to promote strengths, propose solutions and roadmaps to overcome shortcomings and violations.
