HCMC - On November 13, Go Vap District Police are investigating a clip of a man smashing a car windshield after a collision.

On November 13, a clip was circulated on social media showing a man smashing a car windshield after a traffic accident. Upon verification, the incident occurred on the evening of November 12 on Nguyen Thai Son Street, Ward 3, Go Vap District.

The image from the clip shows a technology taxi and a motorbike colliding at the intersection of Pham Van Dong - Nguyen Thai Son, Go Vap district. The collision caused the man on the motorbike to fall onto the road.

At this time, the car turned to leave, the man stood up to block the car and used his helmet to hit the car windshield.

After that, the technology taxi driver did not stop to resolve the incident but continued moving. The man chased the car. When he approached the vehicle, he held a rock, loudly said "you dare hit me" and asked the taxi driver to get out of the car to talk.

The incident is being verified and clarified by Go Vap District Police.
