Lang Son - Mr. Le Minh Duc, Deputy Head of Sub-Department of Customs Region XI, holds the position of Deputy Head of Sub-Department of Customs Region VI.

On April 3, the Customs Department announced the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Le Minh Duc, Deputy Head of Sub-Department of Customs Region XI, to hold the position of Deputy Head of Sub-Department of Customs Region VI.

Attending the conference were Vice Chairman of Lang Son Provincial People's Committee Doan Thanh Son, Deputy Director of Customs Department Nguyen Thanh Hung and leaders and key officials of Sub-Department of Customs Region VI.

Speaking to assign tasks, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung requested Mr. Le Minh Duc to soon grasp the work, coordinate with the leadership and officials and civil servants of Sub-Department of Customs Region VI to perform tasks well, especially collecting taxes from import and export activities in Lang Son.

Mr. Doan Thanh Son congratulated the new Deputy Head of the Sub-Department, and expressed his belief that with many years of work experience, Mr. Duc will continue to promote his capacity and work with the unit's leadership to complete the assigned tasks.

Leaders of the Provincial People's Committee also proposed that Sub-Department of Customs Region VI soon assign specific tasks to the new Deputy Head of Sub-Department to stabilize direction and administration work; continue to coordinate with agencies, units, and localities to effectively implement tasks in 2026.

In which, the key contents include building smart border gates, increasing budget revenue and creating favorable conditions for goods clearance activities.

Accepting the task, Mr. Le Minh Duc thanked the trust of the leaders of the Customs Department and Lang Son Provincial People's Committee, committed to promoting the spirit of responsibility, maintaining discipline, internal solidarity, and together with the collective leadership of Sub-Department of Customs Region VI to effectively implement the assigned tasks.
