On April 1, the Organization Committee of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee coordinated with the Party Committee of Yen Binh commune to organize a conference to announce the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on personnel work.
At the conference, representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee announced Decision No. 360-QD/TU dated March 31, 2026 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the transfer and appointment of cadres to hold leadership and management positions.
Accordingly, Mr. Trieu Hoang Trung - Head of Housing Management, Real Estate Market and Building Materials Department, Department of Construction - was transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of Yen Binh Commune Party Committee for the term 2025 - 2030, from April 1, 2026.
On the same day, Yen Binh Commune People's Council held its first meeting to consolidate the titles of Chairman, Vice Chairman and members of the Commune People's Committee for the 2026 - 2031 term.
At the meeting, delegates listened to the submissions introducing personnel to elect the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, the Vice Chairmen of the Commune People's Committee and the Members of the Commune People's Committee for the new term.
After discussion, the Commune People's Council conducted a vote to elect the titles in accordance with regulations.
As a result, Mr. Trieu Hoang Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Yen Binh commune - was elected to hold the position of Chairman of Yen Binh Commune People's Committee for the term 2026 - 2031.
Mr. Luong Van Binh and Mr. Ma Van Dat were elected to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee; 5 comrades were elected as members of the Commune People's Committee for the term 2026 - 2031.
Previously, the Yen Binh Commune Party Committee organized a conference to implement the process of introducing personnel for the Commune People's Council to elect the title of Chairman of the Commune People's Committee for the 2026 - 2031 term.
