Phu Ho Industrial Cluster was established under Decision No. 769/QD-UBND dated April 14, 2023 of the People's Committee of Phu Tho province, then the 1/500 scale Detailed Planning was approved under Decision No. 3362/QD-UBND dated October 11, 2023 of the People's Committee of the old Phu Tho town.
The Phu Ho Industrial Cluster Infrastructure Investment, Construction and Business Project is invested by Nam Hoang Viet Joint Stock Company, with a total estimated investment of VND532 billion. The project implementation location is in Phong Chau ward (old Phu Ho commune).

According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper in late November, the project "Construction of a traffic road to Phu Ho Industrial Cluster, Phu Tho Town" - construction of a road connecting Phu Ho Industrial Cluster with National Highway 2 is under construction.

This project has a total investment of nearly 55 billion VND, invested by Phong Chau Ward People's Committee, won the construction package with a price of more than 26 billion VND and has been constructed since the end of May 2025 to the consortium of 2 contractors: Van Thang Construction and Mechanical Joint Stock Company and Long Vuong Company Limited.

According to the project documents, the construction package will build a traffic route to Phu Ho Industrial Park with a route length of 473.39m, designed according to urban road standards, roadbed width of 35m, road surface width of 22m, median strip width of 2m, sidewalk width on each side 5.5m...

Speaking to Lao Dong Newspaper reporter, Mr. Thang - Vice Chairman of Phong Chau Ward People's Committee - said that up to now, the project to build a traffic road to Phu Ho Industrial Cluster, Phu Tho Town is implementing the construction of the roadbed, the estimated volume is about 20%.
Regarding site clearance, the total land recovered for the project is about 2.3 hectares. To date, compensation plans have been approved for 28 households (1.73ha) with an amount of about 11.7 billion VND, all of whom have received money (there are only 3 households left).

The above transport project is being implemented with the goal of connecting Phu Ho industrial cluster with National Highway 2 and other routes in the area; meeting the needs of travel, trade and transportation when Phu Ho industrial cluster comes into operation. At the same time, continue to develop the transport network and promote local socio-economic development.
