By the end of October 2025, a number of industrial cluster projects in the city are focusing on completing investment procedures, site clearance and preparing conditions to start construction in the coming time. Of which, 3 industrial clusters are expected to start construction in December 2025.
Specifically, the An Tho Industrial Park Project is deployed on an area of nearly 50 hectares, with a total technical infrastructure investment of nearly 480 billion VND. The investor has completed the land lease application; An Hung Commune People's Committee plans to issue a Decision on land allocation and construction licensing in November 2025. However, the project's environmental impact assessment report has not been approved.
The Dung Tien - Giang Bien Industrial Park project has an area of about 49.97 hectares, with a total investment of nearly 487 billion VND. To date, the project has completed site clearance, approved environmental impact assessment reports, fire prevention and fighting appraisal and land lease decisions. Currently, the investor is carrying out procedures to adjust the investment policy; because the adjustment of the investment policy has not been approved, the appraisal and approval of the Feasibility Study Report and construction permit have not been completed.
The An Phu Industrial Park project is deployed on an area of over 47 hectares, with a total investment of over VND695 billion. The project is expected to start construction in December 2025. However, the project is stuck in site clearance, with about 3.9 hectares of land and more than 400 graves scattered in the area that have not been relocated.
In addition to the above 3 projects, the Chien Thang Industrial Park project has also completed site clearance work leased by the City People's Committee in Decision No. 2215 dated June 26, 2025, approved the appraisal results of the Feasibility Study Report and construction permit in Decision No. 3190 dated August 7, 2025. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment issued a Land Use Rights Certificate on September 25, 2025. The project also has a fire prevention and fighting approval certificate and the Feasibility Study Report. Currently, the investor is completing the documents to apply for a construction permit in An Hung commune.
