On May 5, in an exchange with Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of Thanh Xuan Ward People's Committee said that the Ring Road 2.5 project passes through a densely populated residential area, including the ancient village area of Chinh Kinh - Nhan Chinh. Many long, narrow alleys make it difficult for machinery to dismantle and vehicles to transport waste to access.
In addition, the demolition site is cramped, making the demolition mainly carried out manually, so the demolition and site clearance work has many difficulties, requiring forces to closely coordinate in the implementation process with perseverance.
The dismantling work is carried out according to the motto "do as far as possible, be sure as possible; hand over as far as possible, dismantle as far as possible; dismantle as far as possible, hand over clean ground as possible" to ensure overall progress.

At the meeting on the afternoon of May 5, the Steering Committee for site clearance of the Ring Road 2.5 construction investment project, Nguy Nhu Kon Tum - Nguyen Trai section, requested the entire political system to shift to a total concentration of forces, accelerate the work of paying money to people and demolition, preparing the site for handover.
Accordingly, the ward strives to pay compensation and resettlement money for about 200 remaining cases, completed in 2 days May 6th and July 7th. To meet the progress, the Ward Compensation and Resettlement Council has established 4 groups to pay compensation, resettlement and temporary residence money, organizing to serve people according to registration to receive money before 8 pm to promptly resolve it on the same day.
Along with that, quickly open roads to bring demolition machinery and transport vehicles to access projects to ensure progress according to the city's direction.

Ring Road 2.5 section passing through Thanh Xuan ward is nearly 1km long, with a cross-section of about 50m, with a land area to be recovered of more than 39,000m2. The road passes through a densely populated residential area, involving 472 land plots and about 700 households.
