Hue City Social Insurance publicly announced the list of 347 units that have been late in paying or evading social insurance for 3 months or more, with debts of 50 million VND or more, as of June 18, 2026.
Notably, among these are Vocational Training and Job Creation Centers for people with disabilities - disadvantaged children who are late in paying social insurance for 76 months, with a debt of more than 1.5 billion VND.
Hue Star High School owes more than 175 million VND.
According to the list, Thua Thien Hue Transport Construction Joint Stock Company is the unit with the largest amount of late payment and evasion of social insurance with more than 8.117 billion VND.
Next is Mechanical Engineering and Construction Joint Stock Company 878 owing more than 5.341 billion VND; Quoc Thang Co., Ltd. more than 3.811 billion VND; Mid Town Hue Hotel - Thanh Trang Co., Ltd. Branch more than 3.717 billion VND; and Binh Minh Laundry Co., Ltd. more than 2.363 billion VND.
Many other businesses also have debts of over 1 billion VND, including San Hien Transport Trading Co., Ltd., SDC Electrical and Mechanical Construction and Trading Co., Ltd., Hue City Transport Design Consulting Joint Stock Company, Food Industry Joint Stock Company, Viet Duc Co., Ltd., Minh Vien International Joint Stock Company, Vocational training and job creation facility for people with disabilities - disadvantaged children, Green House Construction and Service Trading Joint Stock Company, Dien Loc Trading and Service Co., Ltd. and Duc Phuong Trading Joint Stock Company.
Not only owing a large amount of money, many units are also late in paying social insurance for a very long time.
Notably, Hue Packaging Production Statistics Printing Company is 135 months late in payment, Hoang Phong Construction and Transportation Co., Ltd. is 129 months late, Loc Son Agricultural Cooperative is 118 months late, COG Joint Stock Company is 96 months late, Hung Lanh Trading and Tourism Transportation Service Co., Ltd. is 95 months late. In addition, many other businesses are also 70 to more than 90 months late in payment.
According to Hue City Social Insurance, publicizing the list of units that are late or evade social insurance contributions aims to increase transparency, raise awareness of law compliance among employers, and at the same time urge units to soon fully fulfill their obligations to employees.
The Social Insurance Agency said that the situation of late and evading social insurance contributions not only affects the revenue of the social insurance fund but also directly affects the rights of workers when resolving sickness, maternity, occupational accidents, unemployment and pension benefits.
