    In some localities, tornadoes appeared, causing heavy damage to people and property.

    As of 10:00 a.m. on September 29, in Ninh Binh, storms and tornadoes have killed 6 people (1 in Hai Thinh commune, 1 in Hai Anh and 4 in Fund Nhat) and injured 7 people (4 in Hai Thinh commune, 3 in Fund Nhat) along with dozens of houses with blown-off roofs and collapsed and 1 school in Kim Dong commune had its roof blown off.

    In addition, storms and tornadoes also broke 30 electric poles, and some power lines were broken, causing power outages in many areas.

    At location k25+570 on the Hai Hau sea dike, a landslide of 20x15m occurred.
