The tornado killed 4 people, including 3 people who died on the spot, one seriously injured and taken to the hospital for emergency treatment.
In addition, the tornado also damaged and blew off the roofs of some houses and properties of people.
Immediately after the incident, the authorities of Quy Nhat commune urgently coordinated with the authorities to organize rescue, visit and support the victims' families, and conduct damage statistics to find a solution.
According to a report by Ninh Binh Power Company, due to the impact of storm No. 10, in Ninh Binh province, storms and tornadoes caused more than 180 power poles to break and cause widespread power outages.
As of 11am on September 29, in Ninh Binh province, 184 electric poles were broken, 230m of power lines were broken, 67 porcelains and 66 boxes were damaged, directly affecting nearly 8,600 customers.
Currently, Ninh Binh Electricity is focusing on forces, machinery, and equipment to overcome the damage to soon restore power to customers.
As of 11am on September 29, in Ninh Binh, storms and tornadoes have killed 6 people and injured 7 others. Dozens of houses had their roofs blown off and collapsed, and a school in Kim Dong commune had its roof blown off. Many trees were broken, dozens of hectares of people's crops were affected.
