For the Lo River, the water level at Tuyen Quang station and Vu Quang station (Phu Tho) is rising rapidly due to the impact of rain in the basin and Tuyen Quang hydropower reservoir opening 1 bottom discharge gate at 4:00 PM on July 24, 2026, according to telegram No. 8258/CD-BNNMT.

Monitoring data at Tuyen Quang station at 7 am on July 25 was at 15.40m, at the same time at Vu Quang station at 8.37m.

It is forecasted that in the Lower Lo River, the water level at Tuyen Quang station will continue to rise in the first 6 hours and then decrease, the water level at Vu Quang station will continue to rise in the first 12 hours and then decrease.

With the Da River, the flow to Hoa Binh reservoir is and will continue to fluctuate according to the above-level hydropower regulation.

At 7 am on July 25, the water level of Hoa Binh Lake was at 34.67m.

With the Red River, the downstream water level at the Hanoi hydrological station is fluctuating according to the regulation of the upper-level hydropower plant and is affected by tides.

At 7 am on July 25, the water level at Hanoi station was at 3.69m.

It is forecasted that the water level downstream of the Red River at Hanoi station will continue to fluctuate according to the regulation of the above-line hydropower plant (Tuyen Quang Lake opens 1 bottom discharge gate at 4:00 PM on July 24, Hoa Binh Lake still maintains opening 1 bottom discharge gate) and will be affected by tides.
