With the Thao River, the water level at Yen Bai station and Phu Tho station is changing slowly and is forecast to rise.

Monitoring data at Yen Bai station at 7 am on July 23 was at 25.53m, at the same time at Phu Tho station at 12.60m.

With the Lo River, the water level at Tuyen Quang station and Vu Quang station fluctuates due to rain and is affected by the upstream hydropower regulation.

Monitoring data at Tuyen Quang station at 7 am on July 23 was at 15.74m, at the same time at Vu Quang station at 8.16m.

It is forecasted that upstream of the Lo River, there is a possibility of a flood; the water level downstream of the Lo River at Tuyen Quang station and Vu Quang station tends to rise.

With the Da River, the flow to Hoa Binh reservoir is and will continue to fluctuate according to the upstream hydropower regulation and the impact of rain in the basin.

At 7 am on July 23, the water level of Hoa Binh Lake was at 39.09m.

With the Red River, the downstream water level at the Hanoi hydrological station is and will continue to fluctuate according to the regulation of the above-line hydropower plant and be affected by tides.

At 7 am on July 23, the water level at Hanoi station was at 3.56m.
