Monitoring data at Yen Bai station at 7:00 am on August 10 was at 27.72m, at the same time at Phu Tho station at 13.78m.
With the Lo River, the water level at Tuyen Quang station, Vu Quang station (Phu Tho) is falling rapidly because Tuyen Quang hydropower reservoir closed 1 bottom discharge gate at 8:00 am on August 9, 2026 according to telegram 8955/CD-BNNMT.
Monitoring data at Tuyen Quang station at 7:00 a.m. on August 10 was at 15.46m, at the same time at Vu Quang station at 9.00m.
It is forecasted that the water level at Tuyen Quang station and Vu Quang station will change slowly and will be mainly affected by the regulation of hydropower on the above route.
With the Da River, the flow to Hoa Binh reservoir is and will continue to fluctuate according to the above-level hydropower regulation.
At 7:00 AM on August 10, the water level of Hoa Binh Lake was at 39.97m.
With the Red River, the water level downstream of the Red River at the Hanoi Hydrological Station is decreasing.
At 7:00 AM on August 10, the water level at Hanoi station was at 5.02m.
It is forecasted that the water level of the Red River at Hanoi station will change slowly with a downward trend (Hoa Binh reservoir still maintains opening 1 bottom discharge gate).
