Previously, when paying for a technology trip, Ms. V.T.L and D.T.H.Y mistakenly transferred 71 million VND to the driver, instead of only 71,000 VND. After 2 days of not being able to contact the driver, Ms. V.T.L posted the above information on social media, asking to find or notify the driver to resolve the matter.
On the afternoon of March 19, driver Q went to the authorities himself and was assisted to contact Ms. V.T.L and Ms. D.T.H.Y to meet. During the discussion between the two sides, driver Q said that Ms. L's posting of the photo on social media affected her work and reputation, requiring her to post corrections and apologies before transferring the money back.
But Ms. L's side said that she only posted the content of the money transfer by mistake, asked someone who knew this person to text to contact her... because she had transferred money up to 5 times with the attached message. However, driver Q said he could not receive it. Both sides said they could not contact each other to resolve the matter.
The above content was discussed in many aspects, leading to conflicts between the two sides, and no common voice was found to resolve the case. Currently, Ms. L and Ms. Y have not yet received the money that was mistakenly transferred.
Regarding the information that driver Q's application was locked, a representative of the technology application in Vung Tau said that this is the application's process. When the driver cannot be contacted many times, the application is locked, and when the driver contacts again, it will be reopened.
The application representative also contacted driver Q when Ms. L and Ms. Y were present (after meeting above), but this person refused to come to work because he was busy.
Ms. L said that she had previously worked with Nguyen An Ninh Ward Police, and on the afternoon of March 19, she had made a statement at the bank. If it cannot be resolved in the direction of self-exchange and agreement with each other, the heart must continue to submit the application to request the competent authority to resolve according to regulations.
