On the morning of December 27, Thanh Duc Commune Police, Tay Ninh province, cordoned off and protected the scene to investigate and clarify the case of a man being found dead at a water stall along National Highway 1, passing through the commune.
According to initial information, at about 5 am on the same day, a man in his 40s entered a water stall located next to National Highway 1, in the direction from Ho Chi Minh City to the Mekong Delta provinces. This person asked the stall owner to let him sit and rest temporarily on plastic chairs.
After a while, seeing the man still sitting motionless in a position leaning on the chair as if sleeping, the shop owner approached and called but received no response. Suspecting something was unusual, the shop owner checked and discovered that the man had died, and the time was unknown.
Upon receiving the news, Thanh Duc Commune Police quickly arrived at the scene, cordoned off the area, coordinated with professional units to examine and collect information to serve the investigation.
Currently, functional forces are verifying the victim's identity and clarifying the cause of death of the above-mentioned man.
The case is still being investigated and verified for clarification.
