On the afternoon of May 5, leaders of Hai Quang commune, Ninh Binh province said that a traffic accident had just occurred in the commune, killing a man.
Initial information, at about 8:30 am on the same day, on the coastal road section towards the church area in Hai Quang commune, a BMW car with license plate 18C-180. xx driven by driver K collided with a motorbike driven by Mr. T (resident of Hai Quang commune).
The strong collision caused Mr. T to be thrown into the water, leading to death. After the accident, car driver K left the scene.
