At about 5 am on April 25, Khanh Thien Commune Police, Ninh Binh province received a report from people discovering a male body in the foot of Huu Day dike (belonging to hamlet 8 - Dong Cuong, Khanh Thien commune), next to it was a motorbike with license plate: 35F3 - 9xxx.
Immediately, the Khanh Thien Commune Police force was present to protect the scene, and at the same time reported the incident to the Ninh Binh Provincial Police to conduct investigation and verification.
The victim is Mr. P.V. H (born in 1972, residing in Cho Xanh hamlet, Khanh Thien commune). The cause of death was determined to be on the evening of April 24, Mr. H went drinking alcohol in Khanh Cong commune, Ninh Binh province, when he returned to the above location, an accident occurred (self-fall).
Mr. H's family refused to perform autopsy. Khanh Thien Commune Police have coordinated with PC08 Department of Ninh Binh Provincial Police and the People's Procuracy of Region 4 to conduct scene examination and carry out procedures according to the provisions of law to hand over the body to the victim's family" - representative of the leadership of Khanh Thien Commune People's Committee said.
Previously, on the morning of April 24, people also discovered the body of a man lying in a ditch with a motorbike in the area of The Vissai Ninh Binh Cement Factory gate (in Gia Van commune, Ninh Binh province).
The victim was identified as Mr. N.H. C s (born in 1997), a worker at The Vissai Ninh Binh Cement Factory). The case is being investigated and clarified by functional agencies.
