Recorded in Ha Lam village, Ha Trung commune, dozens of households were deeply flooded. Faced with rising floodwaters, many households brought belongings, belongings and herded livestock to the dike to take shelter.
Ms. Vu Thi Thanh - Deputy Head of Ha Lam village, Ha Trung commune, Thanh Hoa province said that as of September 17, 41 households in the village have been relocated to safe places.
