On August 26, a clip was circulated on social media recording a foreign woman walking bare in the middle of the streets of Nha Trang, attracting much attention.
According to the authorities, the incident occurred on the evening of August 25 at the entrance to Nha Trang tourist port.
The woman, identified as a Russian citizen, showed unusual signs due to suspected use of stimulants.
While walking on the road, the woman also knocked down a number of motorbikes parked on the side of the road.
Immediately after receiving the report from the people, the authorities were present at the scene.
The woman was then taken by ambulance for handling according to regulations.
