On the afternoon of August 26, in Hanoi, the Central Steering Committee to celebrate major holidays and important historical events of the country for 3 years (2023-2025) (Steering Committee) held the opening ceremony of the Press Center to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Celebratory Press Center).
Attending the opening ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Steering Committee for the celebration of major holidays and important events of the country in the 3 years 2023-2025.
Also attending were members of the Party Central Committee: Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh; Minister of Science and Technology Nguyen Manh Hung; Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Society Nguyen Dac Vinh; General Director of the Voice of Vietnam Do Tien Sy. Also attending were Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh - Director of the Ceremonial Press Center.

Speaking at the ceremony, Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh - Director of the Press and Tourism Center of the Ceremony - emphasized that the 80th Anniversary of National Day - September 2 is a special and important event of the country, an opportunity for us to review the heroic history, educate the patriotic tradition, the spirit of great solidarity, the aspiration for peace, the will to be self-reliant, self-reliant, self-respectful, and national pride; express deep gratitude to generations that have sacrificed their blood for national independence and national reunification; affirm the determination of the entire Party, people and army in the cause of building and defending the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

According to Mr. Le Hai Binh, the Press Center is a place to organize and guide press activities related to the Ceremony for nearly 1,500 domestic and foreign reporters and editors; this is also a place to provide information on the activities of the Ceremony; serve the reporter's work activities; handle the reporter's press activities. In addition, press information work will contribute greatly to the overall success of the National Day Ceremony - September 2.
"For such a purpose, we will create all favorable conditions for domestic and international reporters to report on the Ceremony and proactively and actively provide information from the Organizing Committee about the Ceremony, contributing to the successful organization of the Ceremony in accordance with the goals we have set out, while ensuring the safety and security of the Ceremony.
I also suggest that your colleagues and all domestic and foreign reporters and editors should report quickly, accurately and comply with the regulations on security, location, work diagrams, and travel diagrams of reporters. The Organizing Committee will send them to all press agencies, ensuring absolute safety for the activities of the Ceremony" - Mr. Le Hai Binh emphasized.

Opening hours for the preliminary approval date: From 2:00 p.m. on August 27, 2025 to the end of the Pre- approve Program.
Opening hours for the rehearsal day: From 6:00 p.m. on August 29, 2025 to the end of the rehearsal program on August 30, 2025.
Opening hours for the Ceremony: From 6:00 p.m. on September 1, 2025 to September 2, 2025.
