On the morning of June 2, Ms. D. T. L. A (born in 1981, residing in Thanh Vinh ward, Nghe An province) said that her grocery kiosk at 51 Le Hong Phong was filled with waste oil by bad guys on the door, walls and front area, causing unsanitary conditions and directly affecting business operations.

According to Ms. A.'s presentation, the incident was discovered at about 11 pm on June 1, when she was preparing to close the kiosk to go home. Immediately after that, she reported to the Thanh Vinh ward police, the unit sent officers to the scene to inspect, verify and handle according to legal regulations.
The Nghe An Provincial Women's Union has also contacted her to exchange and find solutions to protect members from similar risks.

Previously, the woman mentioned above was a victim of many incidents related to being threatened, assaulted and vandalized. On the morning of May 28, her kiosk was splashed with buffalo dung on the door, walls and front floor.
On April 3, she was assaulted by two subjects on motorbikes, wearing helmets, and masks right in front of her house. One subject used a stick to beat her, causing her to be injured in the leg and have to be treated at the hospital. After these incidents, Ms. A. sent a denunciation of the crime, but so far has not received information about the results of handling related subjects.
In addition, from March 2026, after reflecting on some individuals showing signs of violating the law, she continuously received many threatening phone calls, demanding money, and some people came to her house to put pressure.
Ms. A. said that the continuous incidents made her confused and upset and hoped that functional agencies would soon track down and handle the perpetrators, ensuring safety for her as well as her business operations.
Talking to a reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Nguyen Sy Dieu - Chairman of Thanh Vinh Ward People's Committee said that he had grasped the information about the incident and directed functional agencies to get involved to clarify and handle it strictly according to regulations.
