"After this unfortunate incident, people when moving at night in areas near ponds and lakes... must pay close attention to ensure the safety of life and property" - leader of Krong Buk Commune People's Committee more information.
As Lao Dong reported, at around 7:00 p.m. on July 13, a group of three young men in Krong Buk commune returned from working in the fields by agricultural vehicle. When the farm vehicle arrived at the lower Krong Buk dam area, Krong Buk commune, it got stuck in the swamp and couldn't move.
After that, Mr. YTK and Mr. YTM used crowbars and cables to pull the farm workers out of the swamp, while the other person sat on top to drive.
Because it was dark, the group did not notice that on the ground, right where the car was stuck, there were electric wires. When the agricultural vehicle turned in the swamp, the electric wire broke, causing an electric leak.
At that time, because the two people mentioned above were holding crowbars and cables, they were electrocuted and fell to the ground. Discovering the incident, the young man driving a farm vehicle shouted, asked nearby people to come and assist, and took the two victims to the emergency room, but both died.
