I had to leave my child at home to go to the shelter to see if the authorities had taken any action to investigate and if there were any measures to protect the children here,” said Ms. C.
Previously, the press reported that many children were mistreated at the Rose Shelter. This is a private orphanage run by Ms. GTSH, open from 8am to 8pm every day. Many philanthropists have visited the children and made charitable contributions.
