"The fire has now been controlled by the fire department. The initial cause of the fire was determined to be due to an electrical short circuit , the estimated damage was less than 1 billion VND. Currently, the authorities are still continuing to clarify the cause of the fire. fire," this person said.
According to the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department, Binh Dinh Provincial Police, at 10:58 p.m. on July 31, receiving news of a fire in the area adjacent to Trung Viet Company's firewood and wooden board warehouse, this unit dispatched 3 vehicles. Firefighters with 25 officers and soldiers arrived at the scene to put out the fire.
At the scene, the fire generated a lot of smoke and toxic gases, with the risk of the fire spreading to the entire company area. The main flammable substances are wood, sawdust, paint, machinery, and electrical equipment, so the fire spreads quickly.
After putting out the fire, at 11:45 p.m. the same day, the firefighting force controlled the fire at Trung Viet Company. And by 2:48 a.m. on August 1, the fire was completely extinguished.
According to initial statistics, about 400 square meters of firewood and planks at Trung Viet Company were destroyed by fire. The fire did not cause any human damage.
