On July 5, Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee said that Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh - Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee signed a decision to award the title of Provincial Emulation Soldier to 21 individuals who have made many achievements in their work from 2023 to 2025.
