On July 4, the Trade Union of Thong Nhat Ward, Gia Lai province, just held the 3rd Executive Committee Conference, term 2025-2030 to summarize trade union activities in the first 6 months of the year and deploy key tasks for the last 6 months of 2026.
On this occasion, the Trade Union of Thong Nhat Ward announced the decision to establish and launch 5 grassroots trade unions including: Ia Grai Commune Management Board; BaKa Co., Ltd. (Ia Hrung commune); CR Hiep Giap One Member Co., Ltd. (Ia Hrung commune); Nam Loc Cooperative (Gao commune); Dinh Phong Fruit Co., Ltd. (Gao commune).
The conference also commended 10 grassroots trade unions with outstanding achievements in Workers' Month 2026, recognizing their positive contributions in caring for the lives of union members and workers and launching emulation movements at the grassroots level.

Ms. Truong Thi My Le - Chairwoman of Thong Nhat Ward Trade Union requested to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, improve the quality of care, representation and protection of the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
At the conference, representatives of the Provincial Labor Federation requested Thong Nhat Ward Trade Union to proactively study and coordinate with local Party committees and authorities to organize programs to listen to opinions, thoughts, and aspirations of union members and workers.
At the same time, focus on negotiating and signing collective labor agreements, and strengthen supervision of the implementation of signed contents to ensure the rights of union members and workers.

Ms. Doan Thi Bich Ha - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Thong Nhat Ward proposed that the trade union organization continue to innovate the content and form of propaganda in a practical and close-to-union members direction.

In addition, it is necessary to build meaningful and widespread emulation movements, attracting a large number of union members and workers to participate; through movements to discover and train outstanding union members, introduce them to the Party for consideration and admission, contributing to building an increasingly strong Party organization.
