On the afternoon of August 29, information from the People's Committee of Quy Hop district said that a large explosion had just occurred in the area, injuring many people.
Accordingly, while handling the scene of the explosion that killed a couple in Tam Hop commune, another explosion suddenly occurred, injuring many people.
The explosion occurred at the house of Mr. HVQ (60 years old, residing in Quyet Tien hamlet, Tam Hop commune).
Previously, an explosion occurred at this house, killing the homeowner couple, Mr. Q and his wife, Mrs. HTH (53 years old) on the afternoon of August 27.
On August 29, relatives hired an excavator and several trucks to clean up the scene of the explosion. At around 4 p.m. that same day, while the excavator was cleaning up the kitchen area of the house, a huge explosion suddenly occurred.
The explosion caused the excavator's glass to crush the excavator driver, seriously injuring him. Several people standing nearby were also injured.
Many people immediately took the victims to the hospital for emergency care.
Upon receiving the news, local authorities and police immediately arrived at the scene, cordoned off the area, and prevented people from entering to assist in the investigation.
Previously, as Lao Dong Newspaper reported, at around 5:00 p.m. on August 27, a large explosion occurred at the house of Mr. HVQ (60 years old, residing in Quyet Tien hamlet, Tam Hop commune, Quy Hop district, Nghe An) causing the death of the couple.
The huge explosion caused most of Mr. Q's house to collapse, and the roof tiles were blown away. Many houses in the surrounding area also had their glass doors and roof tiles damaged by the explosion.
