According to the Traffic Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police, the traffic limitation is to ensure security, safety and ensure traffic order and safety (TTATGT) during the "Land of complete joy" art program taking place at 8:00 p.m. on April 20, 2024.
The routes with restricted traffic include:
Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street (from Nguyen Thi Minh Khai to Nguyen Du).
Le Duan Street (from Thong Nhat Hall gate on Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street to Pham Ngoc Thach Roundabout).
Pham Ngoc Thach Street (from Nguyen Thi Minh Khai to Pham Ngoc Thach Roundabout).
Pasteur Street (from Nguyen Du to Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Bridge).
Paris Commune Road (from Pham Ngoc Thach Roundabout to Nguyen Du).
Alexandre De Rhodes Street.
Han Thuyen Street.
Traffic is restricted from 5pm to 10am on April 20.

Directions from District 3 to District 1
Route 1: Nam Ky Khoi Nghia - Vo Van Tan - Cach Mang Thang 8 - Phu Dong Thien Vuong Roundabout - Ly Tu Trong - Nam Ky Khoi Nghia.
Route 2: Nam Ky Khoi Nghia - Nguyen Thi Minh Khai - Hai Ba Trung - Nguyen Du (or Le Thanh Ton) - Nam Ky Khoi Nghia.
Route 3: Nam Ky Khoi Nghia - Vo Van Tan - Ba Huyen Thanh Quan - Nguyen Thi Minh Khai - Huyen Tran Cong Chua - Ly Tu Trong - Nam Ky Khoi Nghia.
Directions from District 1 to District 3
Route 1: Pasteur - Ly Tu Trong - Hai Ba Trung - Tran Cao Van - Con ruoi lake roundabout - Pham Ngoc Thach - Pasteur.
Route 2: Pasteur - Nguyen Du - Cach Mang Thang 8 - Dien Bien Phu - Pasteur.
Route 3: Pasteur - Le Thanh Ton - Truong Dinh - Dien Bien Phu - Pasteur.
The Ho Chi Minh City Traffic Police Department noted that people and vehicles without duties or invitations will not be allowed to enter the control area. It is recommended that people who do not have urgent needs (taking patients to the emergency room, chasing criminals red-handed, escaping danger, etc.) should choose alternative traffic routes that have been provided.
Drivers traveling to routes adjacent to the above prohibited areas should reduce speed and follow the instructions of the Traffic Police force, forces participating in ensuring traffic order and safety or traffic signaling systems on the road.
