The Resolution stipulates the level of support for crops and forestry affected by natural disasters and plant pests; the level of support for aquatic products damaged by natural disasters (including aquaculture, production, aquaculture), livestock damaged (dead, missing) by natural disasters.
Some high support levels are that rice areas after being planted for more than 45 days will be supported with 10 million VND/ha if they suffer over 70% damage, and the area of damage is over 70% of the area supported with 30 million VND.
Seedlings in the nursery period are propagated from materials exploited from upstream trees, upstream gardens and slow-growing groups of trees, with a sowing period of less than 12 months but damage to over 70% of the area is supported with 60 million VND/ha.
Semiconductor and super aquaculture in ponds (beds, tunnels) are supported with 60 million VND/ha of damaged farming area.
The People's Council of Hai Duong province has approved support for aquaculture in tanks, cages, and rafts at a level of 30 million VND/100 m3 of damaged farming area.Other forms of aquaculture are supported with 15 million VND/ha of damaged farming area.
Poultry farmers (chickens, ducks, geese, goose, turkeys) who are affected by the disease for 28 days will be supported with VND23,000/child, over 28 days old will be supported with VND38,000/child; pigs up to 28 days old will be supported with VND550,000/child, over 28 days old will be supported with VND1.06 million/child, sows and male pigs being exploited will be supported with VND3 million/child.
After the resolution was passed, many farmers in Hai Duong province were excited.With more than 2 rice fields, every year, Ms. Le Thi Bich (Phu Thai town, Kim Thanh district, Hai Duong province) is always worried about the weather and natural disasters.
Like other farmers, Ms. Bich is excited when Hai Duong province supports people in agricultural production to restore production in areas damaged by natural disasters.
"With the attention and promotion to improve the province's productivity, we farmers feel secure, continue to be motivated, enthusiastic about working, and need to stick to the land to have good harvests" - Ms. Bich excitedly said.
After more than 40 years of growing flowers to serve the market all year round, Mr. Nguyen Diem (Hai Duong City) happily said: "Last year, a big storm caused many of our households to struggle.Fortunately, it was the end of the year, the weather was favorable, so we recovered production quickly.Now with more support from the government, we feel somewhat more secure".
