After the reorganization, the specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Nam Sach district include 10 agencies: Office of the People's Council and People's Committee; Department of Home Affairs; Department of Agriculture and Environment; Department of Economics, Infrastructure and Urban Areas; Department of Culture, Science and Information; Department of Health; Department of Education and Training; Department of Finance - Planning; Department of Justice; Inspectorate.
