By 2025, Khanh Hoa province strives to have 70% of cadres, civil servants, employees, union members, and association members in state agencies and organizations in the province install and use the Khanh Hoa Digital Citizen application.
By 2025, the locality also aims to mobilize 25,000 people to install and use the Khanh Hoa Digital Citizen application; 100% of administrative procedure settlement records will be attached with personal identification.
By 2030, the locality aims for 100% of cadres, civil servants, employees, union members, and association members in state agencies and organizations in the province to use the Khanh Hoa Digital Citizen application.
The locality also mobilized 300,000 people to install, register and use the Khanh Hoa Digital Citizen application; maintaining the goal of 100% of administrative procedure settlement records being assigned personal identification.
In particular, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee will continue to maintain propaganda for cadres, civil servants, employees, union members, association members in state agencies, organizations, people, and enterprises to use the VneID application for applications, electronic services, digital services and utilities provided on the application; use VNeID accounts in performing administrative procedures in the electronic environment; electronic payment; register and use the national domain name ".vn" and new applications and utilities.
