Nhi Chieu Ward People's Committee (Hai Phong City) has just issued a notice to search for organizations and individuals related to the illegal construction of walls and corrugated iron at the foot of Hang Ma mountain, Bich Nhoi 3 residential group to handle according to legal regulations.
According to the notice dated May 15, 2026, based on Decision No. 482/QD-UBND dated April 26, 2026 on the establishment of a working group to verify and clarify signs of violations in the management of mineral resources at the foot of Hang Ma mountain, Nhi Chieu Ward People's Committee discovered the act of surrounding with corrugated iron at the foot of the mountain managed by the locality.
The violating area is the land at the foot of Hang Ma mountain, Bich Nhoi 3 residential group, with a 21-meter long corrugated iron fence, 1.7m high, and an area of about 150m2. This is the land managed by Nhi Chieu Ward People's Committee.
At the time of inspection, functional agencies could not identify any organization or individual who claimed responsibility for the above act. On May 12, 2026, the Ward People's Committee worked with households with adjacent land at the foot of Hang Ma mountain, but the households could not identify the owner of this corrugated iron fence.
Nhi Chieu Ward People's Committee requests organizations and individuals who are the owners of the above assets to come to work at the headquarters of Nhi Chieu Ward People's Committee, No. 3 Vu Manh Hung Street, and contact the Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Areas to resolve according to regulations.
The notice is publicly posted at the headquarters of the Ward People's Committee, the electronic information portal, the ward's fanpage, Bich Nhoi 3 cultural house and right at the violating location.
After the above deadline, if no organization or individual comes to take responsibility or work, Nhi Chieu Ward People's Committee will establish a dossier for handling, organize clearance, seizure and handling according to the provisions of law. Related rights (if any) will be resolved according to current regulations.
