On the afternoon of November 2, the functional forces of Phuoc Dong commune coordinated with Nha Trang City Police to block off the scene and organize an autopsy related to the victim found dead at the foot of a mountain in the area.
On the morning of November 2, many people passing by Nguyen Tat Thanh Avenue, at the foot of Phuoc Dong Mountain (opposite Le Quy Don High School), smelled a strong stench. Suspicious, some people searched and discovered the stench coming from an old container. When looking from the outside, they saw a human body inside, so the people immediately reported it to the local authorities.
Immediately afterwards, Phuoc Dong commune authorities arrived at the scene. The victim was identified as a male who had been dead for a long time, and his body was in an advanced stage of decomposition.
Through examination, it was discovered that the victim had an identity card with the name Bo Bo C. (born in 1963, permanent residence in Phuoc Chien village, Thuan Bac district, Ninh Thuan province).
The victim's body has been removed from the scene and transferred to the morgue of Khanh Hoa General Hospital. Nha Trang City Police are investigating the incident.
