Lang Son Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision 902/QD-UBND on amending and supplementing 5 administrative procedures in the field of lawyers, under the jurisdiction of the Department of Justice.
Specifically, the registration fee for the operation of a lawyer practice organization, as well as its branch, will be reduced from 50,000 VND to 25,000 VND.
For blocks with foreign elements, the fee for registration of operations (or re-issuance of licenses) for branches and foreign law firms decreased sharply from 2 million VND to 1 million VND.
According to the decision, this preferential policy is applied throughout from July 1, 2025 to the end of December 31, 2026.
Regarding the settlement time, the dossiers for registration of activities for law practice organizations, branches and foreign law firms will be processed within 7 working days.
Separately, the procedures for registering domestic branch operations and registering personal practice only take a maximum of 5 days.
To create convenience, people and organizations are not required to come to the place.
There are three forms of application submission including: submitting directly at the Lang Son Provincial Public Administrative Service Center; sending via postal service; or completing 100% online procedures on the National Public Service Portal (dichvucong. gov. vn). The results will be returned directly by the Department of Justice.
