On December 30, Mr. Nguyen Thai Vinh - Deputy Head of Dak Lak Market Management Sub-Department (QLTT) - said that in 2025, the provincial QLTT force conducted 548 inspections, a decrease of 1,472 inspections (equivalent to 73%) compared to 2024.
Through inspection, the unit handled 430 cases with 422 violations, contributing more than 11 billion VND to the State budget. In the total amount of money collected and fined for administrative violations, it reached more than 4.76 billion VND; money from selling confiscated goods nearly 6.4 billion VND; illegal profits and other revenues more than 21 million VND.
The Market Management force has contributed more than 10.6 billion VND to the central budget, and the rest is contributed to the local budget.
Mr. Vinh added that although Dak Lak is heavily affected by prolonged heavy rain and floods, the commodity market in the area is still basically stable.
Prices of essential goods, construction materials, electronic equipment, machinery, and household goods did not fluctuate abnormally; no speculation or profiteering from natural disasters was recorded.
Stepping into 2026, Dak Lak Market Management Sub-Department will continue to strengthen inspection, examination and handling of violations.
In which, special focus is placed on controlling e-commerce activities, monitoring trading floors, social networks and warehouses of large-scale direct sales subjects.
