On February 14, immediately after receiving feedback related to the fact that employees of Tung Lam Development JSC in the process of controlling vehicles entering and leaving had an inappropriate attitude towards tourists, Yen Tu Ward People's Committee established a working group to work directly with the business leadership to verify and grasp the situation of the case.
According to Yen Tu Ward People's Committee, the working group has requested Tung Lam Development Joint Stock Company to review and rectify the working style and service attitude of all officials and employees, especially the department that regularly contacts tourists; strengthen training in communication skills and civilized behavior; thoroughly implement the code of conduct in public places; and at the same time establish a mechanism to receive and handle feedback to promptly overcome arising shortcomings.
According to people's reflection through a clip circulating on Facebook recording the scene of a car carrying passengers entering Yen Tu for sightseeing but not needing to park. When reaching the barrier, the vehicle was prevented from continuing.
Here, the staff asked the tourists to get out of the car and walk into the tourist area, and at the same time instructed them to take their vehicles to the parking lot next door, while the driver only took the tourists into the tourist area and left, without parking needs. According to feedback, the distance from the checkpoint to the tourist spot is about 2-3km.

Yen Tu Ward People's Committee said that the rectification is aimed at ensuring a civilized and friendly tourism environment, serving people and tourists better when coming to the scenic area.
