The original village of Ta Phenh, Tan Yen commune is becoming a destination chosen by many tourists when exploring Moc Chau plateau.
The green space of the mountains and forests, the rustic wooden houses, the wide meadows and the traditional lifestyle of the H'Mong people have created a unique attraction for this village.

Ta Phenh still retains its original beauty with small roads winding through forests, stretches of green grass and Ta Phenh lake located in the valley.
The peaceful scenery and fresh air bring a feeling of relaxation, separated from the noisy pace of urban life.
Not only beautiful nature, Ta Phenh is also attractive because of cultural values preserved through many generations. Traditional houses, H'Mong costume embroidery, banh day making, swinging, tu lu or the sound of khen, dances of the people have become unforgettable experiences for tourists.

Mr. Vang A Di, owner of a homestay in Ta Phenh village, said: "In 2023, my family invested in a homestay area of more than 2,000m2 with two community guesthouses, serving about 25 guests per day. We want tourists not only to stay but also to experience the life and culture of the H'Mong people through traditional activities and cultural exchanges.
According to Mr. Di, developing community tourism not only creates additional income for people but also contributes to preserving local cultural identity.
A highlight of Ta Phenh is Ta Phenh Lake located in the middle of a large valley. Every rainy season, water from streams flows in, flooding the natural basin, creating a clear blue lake surface reflecting majestic mountains and forests.
Visitors can take a boat ride around the lake, admire the scenery, take photos and enjoy the peaceful space in the great forest.
Mr. Thao A Lu, head of Ta Phenh village, shared: "People in the village always preserve the landscape, customs and traditional lifestyle. We welcome guests with sincerity and hospitality and hope that every visitor when leaving Ta Phenh will preserve beautiful memories of the people as well as the cultural identity here.
Ms. Nguyen Minh Hoa, a tourist from Hanoi, said that her family knew about Ta Phenh through the setting of the movie "Phi Phong" and decided to come and experience it.
What impressed me the most was not the setting in the film but the pristine nature, cool air and the friendliness of the people. Coming here, I feel the peace and closeness that few places can still maintain.

With pristine landscapes and preserved cultural values, Ta Phenh is becoming a new highlight on the Moc Chau tourism map.
The simplicity of nature and the sincerity and hospitality of the people have created a unique attraction, so that every visitor when leaving brings with them unforgettable impressions of a peaceful village in the Northwest mountains and forests.
