On the morning of October 19, even though it was during prohibited hours, two Dai Loc Phat concrete mixer trucks entered Tan Thoi Hiep 20 Street (Tan Thoi Hiep Ward, District 12) to pour concrete for a house under construction.
After Lao Dong Newspaper reported, District 12 Police stepped in to verify and invited relevant subjects to work.
Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper reported that Dai Loc Phat concrete mixer truck re-offended despite being handled by the authorities.
On September 9, 2024, a Dai Loc Phat concrete mixer truck brazenly drove during prohibited hours in Thanh Loc Ward, District 12. This concrete mixer truck drove onto a road with many schools, right when students were leaving school, causing traffic jams in front of the schools, upsetting many parents and passersby.
After being punished for this behavior, the authorities requested Dai Loc Phat Company Limited not to let the driver re-offend.
However, on October 19, 2024, Lao Dong Newspaper reporters continued to discover 2 concrete mixer trucks of Dai Loc Phat Company Limited entering during prohibited hours to pour concrete at a house under construction in Tan Thoi Hiep Ward, District 12.
Speaking with Lao Dong Newspaper reporters, a representative of Dai Loc Phat Company Limited confirmed that the company's two concrete mixer trucks entering during prohibited hours was a violation - exactly as Lao Dong Newspaper reported.
