On the morning of March 30, the Traffic Police Department received a clip of a truck carrying construction materials stopping close to the railway line in the railway corridor near the Tran Nguyen Han crossroad barrier in An Bien ward, Le Chan district. The train convoy was then forced to stop for the truck to exit before continuing to enter the station according to the route.
Upon receiving the information, the Traffic Police Department directed the Railway Traffic Police Team to verify, clarify and handle the matter.
On the morning of March 31, the Railway Traffic Police Team requested the driver of truck 15C-126.XX to come to the unit's headquarters to work.
Through the investigation, driver Hoang Ba D (residing in Dong Trung Hanh, Dang Lam, Hai An, Hai Phong) admitted his violation that endangered the safety of train operation and was subject to handling for the violation: Allowing road vehicles to violate the limit to approach railway architecture. The provisions of Point b, Clause 2, Article 49 of Decree No. 100/ND-CP amended and supplemented by Decree 123/ND-CP/2021 with a fine of VND 2 million to VND 3 million.
It is known that this was the last section of the train entering the station, so the train moved at a slow speed, so there were no accidents.
