According to the People's Committee of Chuyen My commune, the Southern trunk road project of Ha Tay province (section passing through Chuyen My commune) is about 2.1km long, related to 226 land plots with a total recovered area of 108,341.8m2, belonging to land clearance map sheets from number 63 to number 69. This is one of the key projects of the city.
In order to complete the site clearance work, the People's Committee of Chuyen My commune has organized the payment of compensation and support funds to 5 households with 7 residential land plots with an area of 788 m2 that were recovered for project implementation.
After being propagated, guided and receiving compensation and support funds, households urgently dismantled and moved assets, works, trees, and crops on land within the land acquisition area of the project and handed over the site to implement the project.
Thus, up to now, Chuyen My commune has completed the site clearance work for the area to be recovered to implement the project to ensure according to the plan.
Through inspection, Secretary of the Party Committee of Chuyen My commune Nguyen Huu Chi and Chairman of the Commune People's Committee Vu Van Huu acknowledged the sense of responsibility of agencies and units; the consensus on the responsibility of families after receiving compensation and support funds, they focused on dismantling and moving assets and works to hand over the site according to regulations.
At the same time, he emphasized that site clearance plays a particularly important role, being a decisive factor in the project implementation progress.
The southern trunk road project of Ha Tay province when completed will contribute to promoting socio-economic development and changing the urban face of the southern area of the city.
