Dak Lak - Major General Nguyen Thi Xuan - Deputy Director of Dak Lak Provincial Police has been announced by competent authorities to retire from work and enjoy pension benefits.

On May 29, a source from Lao Dong Newspaper confirmed that the competent authority had announced the decision to retire Major General Nguyen Thi Xuan - Deputy Director of Dak Lak Provincial Police from June 1.

Major General Nguyen Thi Xuan (born in 1967, from Thai Binh) has a Master's degree in People's Security, a Bachelor's degree in Law, and a senior political theory.

From November 2019 to March 2020, Ms. Xuan was a Major General, holding the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Legal Affairs and Administrative and Judicial Reform, Ministry of Public Security.

From March 2020 to July 2021, Ms. Xuan was a member of the Standing Committee of the National Defense and Security Committee of the 14th National Assembly.

From July 2021 to present, Ms. Xuan has been a member of the 15th National Assembly, a Standing Member of the National Assembly's Committee on National Defense and Security, and Deputy Director of Dak Lak Provincial Police.
